BONJIL Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at cs@bonjil.com promptly for assistance.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

At BONJIL, we prioritize product safety and quality. Accordingly, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Skincare products that have been opened or used
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order or engraved items)
  • Sale and limited-edition products

Given that all BONJIL products are crafted with delicate active ingredients, opened products cannot be resold or reused for safety and quality control reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to process an exchange is to initiate a return for the unwanted item. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Klarna Purchases — Returns & Refunds

The following policy applies only to orders placed using Klarna. All other payment methods remain subject to BONJIL’s standard Return & Refund Policy outlined above.

Customers who purchase with Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to sanitary and quality-control reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping: Complimentary return postage is provided

  • Restocking fees: Not applicable

  • Exchanges or store credit: Not applicable for Klarna purchases

  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to Klarna within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item

This Klarna-specific policy is intended to complement Klarna’s merchant protection requirements.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
