Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Policy — 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original, unused, and unopened condition
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at cs@bonjil.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at cs@bonjil.com and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our active-ingredient skincare formulations, the following cannot be returned:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Items not in original packaging
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items)
- Sale items and limited-edition products
Opened products cannot be restocked or resold for safety and hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right product is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the credit.

Klarna Purchases — Returns & Refunds
The following applies only to orders placed using Klarna. All other orders are subject to the standard policy above.
Customers who paid with Klarna may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping: Complimentary return postage provided
- Restocking fees: None
- Exchanges or store credit: Not available for Klarna orders
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to Klarna within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
