BONJIL Ritual Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your Ritual appointment. The applicable deposit amount will be displayed at the time of booking.

Same-day appointments may be available, subject to availability.

We understand that plans may change.

Appointments may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time through the booking management link provided with your reservation.

If you need assistance with rescheduling, please contact the BONJIL New York Madison team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to availability and may be accommodated at BONJIL’s discretion.

We encourage guests to arrive on time to enjoy the full Ritual experience.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your Ritual may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest’s appointment.

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
