Cancellation Policy

Treatments & bookings
Your first visit is complimentary. To cancel or reschedule a booking, please give at least
24 hours’ notice via your confirmation email or by contacting the flagship.

Late cancellations
Because appointments are limited and personally staffed, repeated no-shows may affect future complimentary booking eligibility. We will always reach out before any such decision.

Subscription cancellations
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account (powered by SKIO), with no minimum commitment. Changes apply to future orders not yet processed.

Order cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact cs@bonjil.com as soon as possible. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full.
